The official Mascot for the All African Senior Championships was unveiled at a ceremony inside the Conference room of the Presidential Hotel in Port Harcourt on Saturday night by the Badminton Federation of Nigeria (BFN).

 

Rivers Hoopers and Civil Defenders have been drawn in group A and B ahead of the inaugural edition of the FIBA Africa Basketball League respectively.

The event which took place in Abidjan on Saturday saw the 16 teams fully represented

Rivers Hoopers got defending Champions, AS Sale of Morocco, S.L.A.C of Guinea and JS Kairouan of Tunisia.

Civil Defenders have ES Rades of Tunisia, Elan Sportif of Benin and BC Terreur of DR Congo to contend with in group B.
