Victor Mbaoma bids farewell to Akwa United as he returns to Remo.

 

Remo Stars Captain Victor Mbaoma has bid farewell to Akwa United in an emotional message he wrote on one of his social media account.

Mbaoma spent one year on loan at Uyo from his parent club Remo Stars FC and has gathered memories that will linger for long in his flourishing career.

In the statement obtained by www.tribalsports.net, Mbaoma was full of praise for Akwa United Chairman Paul Bassey and also his former manager Abdul Makaiba.


" Great memory in Uyo with Akwa United Chairman Paul Bassey, A God fearing leader with zeal of success. He taught me to so much about discipline and God.


" Abdul Maikaba, gentle and kind hearted man, I call him father. Coach Aliu, strong and loving. To all the Coaching Crew, Management, my teammates and the wonderful football lovers of Akwa United. Thanks for your love, am speechless and I am surely going to miss all of you". He concluded


 Mbaoma was handed the captain armband at Remo Stars after he returned from Akwa United from his loan spell and has helped his side gain promotion back to the NPFL.
